To the Asphalt Pavement Association!
The insistence on integration, efficient organisation, and incessant development of the Slovenian road construction industry is an imperative of the time, all the more so when the conditions of the civil engineering management and that of the related industries are fierce. We have to take advantage of this time to build the necessary foundations for the upcoming period of more vigorous investment activities. Creating expert guidelines and building foundations that enable making quality decisions are therefore a task to be undertaken by all experts that are involved in development and maintenance of traffic routes. This is also the priority for action of all associations dealing with the issues of design, management, construction, and maintenance of roads and other traffic routes.
